Dr. Alon Grinberg Dana (BSc ChemE ’10, PhD Energy ’15) studies chemical kinetics of reactive systems and develops scientific software for automated chemical predictions. He graduated from the Technion and continued to a postdoc training at MIT.
He is currently an Asst. Prof. at the Technion, and heads the Israel Sustaonable Aviation Fuel Knowledge Center (iSAF).
The research group of Dr. Grinberg Dana focuses on developing new basic approaches for transition state searches, developing automated tools for chemical kinetic model generation and quantum chemical refinement, and studying numerous applications from predicting the shelf life of pharmaceuticals, through predicting the stability of polymers, to designing sustainable aviation fuels.
