Step 01
The first critical step to commercializing a Technion invention is to report it to us in advance of any public disclosure. Reporting is done through the submission of an Invention Disclosure Form (IDF)
Step 02
Our team will evaluate the patentability and commercial prospects of the new invention and will decide if to proceed with patent protection and commercialization, according to the Technion IP Bylaws
