Dan Ritter received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa, Israel, in 1982, 1984, and 1989, respectively.,He is currently a Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering, Technion. His current research interests include compound semiconductor devices, ionic devices, and crystal growth of semiconductors.
